All Cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email.

1.  40 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee.
2.  40 to 25 days before departure: 50% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee.
3.  25 to 10 days before departure: 75% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee.
4.  10 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee.
5.  No shows: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee.
6.  For Flights/Trains, cancellation will be as per cancellation policy of Airlines respectively.
