2.  Welcome Drink (Non Alcoholic)
3.  Stay in good quality hotels/ Camps as per itinerary
4.  Daily Buffet Breakfast ( Excluding Arrival Day ) & Dinner( Excluding Departure Day )at your hotel
5.  Inner line permit for restricted areas
6.  All toll taxes / parking / Fuel charges
7.  All applicable hotel’s taxes

1.  Air fare / train fare / bus fare
2.  All kind of personal expenses such as hotel tips, laundry, telephone bills, and beverages.
3.  Cab is not on disposal basis ( It means it is used for transfers & sightseeing as per itinerary )
4.  Service of Guide / driver tips / Gardens entry Fees / Monuments entry fees
5.  Extra nights in hotel due to ill health, flight cancelation or any other reason
6.  Extensions of tour programme or diversions in the tour itinerary for any reasons eg. due to bad weather, road closure, breakdown or any natural calamities.
7.  Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Package Cost Includes”.

Payment can be made in 3 Installments

NOTE: Payment Policy may Change depends on hotel cancellation policy/ Travel date/ etc.

All Cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email.

1.  40 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee.
2.  40 to 25 days before departure: 50% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee.
3.  25 to 10 days before departure: 75% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee.
4.  10 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee.
5.  No shows: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee.
6.  For Flights/Trains, cancellation will be as per cancellation policy of Airlines respectively.
