We are disappointed that we were charged complete for our Kashmir tour, even though we were unable to travel and complete 2 days of our itinerary due to terrorists attack, but we had to pay in advance total amount and fid not get any reimbursement.

We recently returned from 5-night trip to Sri Lanka, it was wonderful and memorable trip. My self and my friend are very happy with the arrangements and the entire trip. Everything starting from airport pickup, stay, food, hospitality was perfect. A special thanks to our coordinator Ruksar who did all the initially arrangements. She is very polite and answered all our queries. In Sri Lanka we met our fantastic driver Roshan . We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our driver . He made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey as we only 2 girls travelled. Myself and my friend is very happy about the driver attitude and behavior. If any girls group wanted to travel to Sri Lanka can trust without second thinking. All the locations we visited were worth visiting. Sri Lankan people are friendly and approachable. Mr. Sunil Kumar assisted us from the start to the finish line of our Dubai Trip. Starting with the preparation of the 8 days trip schedule and an effective organization of ours trips in Dubai in coordination with their local trip agent, Mr. Sandip Singh. Mr. Sunil Kumar is quite a customer friendly person and made a Trip schedule according to our requirements. He was there a message away on Whatsapp whenever required. We could cover the following activities in 8 days, Marina Dhow Curise with dinner, Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner, Dubai City tour, Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, View at the Palm, Miracle Garden, Global Village, Abu Dhabi City tour with visit to Ferrari World and BAPS Temple, Dubai Mall, Aquarium and Penguin Cove, and Burj Khalifa (124th Floor). The transportation was well organized and the drivers are quite friendly and helpful. Please note that you need ample time to see Miracle Garden and Global Village. Please ask Mr. Sunil Kumar to schedule them on different days and not on the same day. This applies the same to Ferrari World. I had a terrible experience with View Holiday Trip Pvt Ltd when recent trip was planned to Kerela for 7 days , they Ruin the complete trip as they are unresponsive when I needed assistance during my trip. Worst part is the hotel arrangement and selection, charged for 4 Star hotel stay but hotel even not matching with 2 * facility, last two day in 1 week they book some useless resort which is too far from city, bad room & atmosphere is horrible, when try to look their assistance, they keep avoiding for assistance, finally when we decided to change the facility, they are unresponsive and denied completely after waiting for 2 hrs. and wasted our half day. This caused us significant stress and ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Ruksar giving me justification when I asked for a refund for 2 days and I have yet to receive any resolution as they refuse to refund for 2 days. I strongly urge others to avoid View Holiday Trip Pvt Ltd. and look for more trustworthy options if you don't want spoil your memorable trip.
