Worst experience of tour with VHT We had booked customised Tamil Nadu tour with VHT and we had worst experience around it. On all days we had faced some or the other issue and we were on our own even when tour was booked 3 months before. They take full payment in advance the precisely a month before travel date. But are never available on time to resolve issues or concerns raised during tour. List of issues faced during tour Day 1 Driver contact number issue :After travelling and sight seen for almost 10 hours , we had to wait for almost an hour which delayed dinner and check in process . Driver details shared with us was not of same driver that accompanied us day 2 Function at ucchi Pillai temple: we had to wait for almost 2 hours due to function at temple and we missed jambukeshwar temple Bed configuration issue: even after booking same suit configuration for 7 rooms.. we got 2 rooms with different bed configuration than rest.. on asking we got a reply that team just book hotels and room configuration is something we have to sort out with hotel Maratha palace renovations: did not get chance to visit palace as it was under maintenance and ticket amount was waste This should have been communicated Day 4 Kothandarswamy temple was mentioned in multiple days (day 3 and day 4) which cause confusion and result in closure of temple by the time we reached there Day 5 Sunrise was mentioned in Madurai instead of Kanyakumari and we missed sunrise Online ticket booking for ferry was never mentioned to us.. we had to wait for almost 3 hours in a queue for ferry which could have been avoided Day 6 Festival in Madurai was not mentioned to us.. we had to adjust temple visit by changing schedule Tempo traveller not allowed near to temple or any sightseeing places in Madurai which was not mentioned to us and had to arrange our own commutations with language barrier Day 7 Change in driver.. driver was very rude.. asked him to stop for s

All the hotels arranged for our trip were excellent. The locations were convenient, and the breakfast buffets were goodOverall, we had a very comfortable stay. Our driver and the entire team were professional and supportive throughout the journey. A big thanks to VHT for organizing everything so smoothly.

I went to Kashmir last week and booked a holiday package from View Holiday Trip helped by Udit. Overall it was a very good experience. I went to dubai with my in laws and my mom dad. It was a perfectly planned trip. Thanks to kiran, she always explained my queries very patiently and arranged the things like i wanted. And kuldeep and shweta also assisted us when we were in dubai. Will love to travel again with them.
