Bad Management. Too pathetic service.
We had a wonderful time in Munnar. We booked 3 nights and 4 days trip via VHT. The arrangements was awesome. The driver whom they assigned was very humble and nice person. And the hotel(Tea Castle) where we stayed was good. Overall experience was good. If we plan for another trip, definitely we will book through VHT. Thank you each and every person who are behind the arrangements. :)
