It was really a Examplary experience with travel booking of my recently concluded GOA Trip from 11th Dec to 14 th Dec through View Holiday Trip travel agency. Found them on the web and reached out for a quarantine booking via Maldives during mid of August 2021. Amir got in touch and from the day of initial interaction, provided us with the itinerary which had to be modified couple of times due to another member joining the trip. Amir exhibited professional approach and quality in the offer with granular details of the trip. Apprehensive initially due to Covid situations and also due to the fact our first time trip to Maldives, but Amir was giving us confidence and helped us through. It was one of the memorable trips and albeit a quarantine trip of 15 days, it was made possible by View Holiday Trip and particularly Amir. Thank you for the fantastic experience. I had a very bad experience booking travel through View holidays. I visited Rajasthan in Dec 2021. Following were the issues that I faced: 1. They roughly charged 20-30% extra charges over what we would have got with direct bookings 2. They were never clear about their cancellation policies. 3. They booked my flight from Pune to Jaipur via Delhi, though direct flight is available. That too the flight timings were 2.00 am and 7.30 am respectively. It was very difficult for family with kids. After this air travel you waste almost a day next day (for sleeping) 4. Jaipur to Udaipur via road takes 8-9 hours, so one day is lost. Also instead of booking my flight from Udaipur to Pune - I was required to travel from Udaipur to Jaipur (again a day lost) and then Jaipur to Pune flight via Delhi (again could have booked a direct flight). 5. The hotel at Jaipur - Silver Pride - is the worst hotel I have visited in past. They did not provide even hot water in their taps. Overall - we got an expensive uncomfortable deal for 5 days in Rajasthan of which we wasted 2 days in traveling
