I had a very bad experience booking travel through View holidays. I visited Rajasthan in Dec 2021. Following were the issues that I faced: 1. They roughly charged 20-30% extra charges over what we would have got with direct bookings 2. They were never clear about their cancellation policies. 3. They booked my flight from Pune to Jaipur via Delhi, though direct flight is available. That too the flight timings were 2.00 am and 7.30 am respectively. It was very difficult for family with kids. After this air travel you waste almost a day next day (for sleeping) 4. Jaipur to Udaipur via road takes 8-9 hours, so one day is lost. Also instead of booking my flight from Udaipur to Pune - I was required to travel from Udaipur to Jaipur (again a day lost) and then Jaipur to Pune flight via Delhi (again could have booked a direct flight). 5. The hotel at Jaipur - Silver Pride - is the worst hotel I have visited in past. They did not provide even hot water in their taps. Overall - we got an expensive uncomfortable deal for 5 days in Rajasthan of which we wasted 2 days in traveling

I had been to kashmir with my husband and friends and had a great experience. Bilal was very helpful and he was very quick while responding to our queries. Throughout the journey he took all responsibilities. Everything went well. We had only one concern is that in one of the hotels there was no heater we couldn't bear the cold even after requesting them they couldn't arrange it... Rest everything was good about travel and stay.

We went recently to Rajasthan through view holiday trip. I would really like to thanks to all team members for supporting and helping us throughout our journey. They was always there to help us throughout the journey and answered all our queries patiently. I really appreciate the efforts that they took to make our vacation memorable.extremely happy with the service provided. Hotels and cab provided by them was very nice and decent. I have planned for sri lanka tour from view holiday trip. My plan is executed by Ms Priyanka she booked my package in very short time as i booked my flight and by night at 9PM they booked my land package for sri-lanka and plan was well executed and thanks to there on ground team they supported so well soon i'm gonna plan again.
