  28.  Cost of expenses of personal nature such as, laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
  29.  Any other items not mentioned in the Inclusions list are not included in the cost of the Holiday.
  30.  Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. VHT reserves the right to change prices at any time
  31.  In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of similar category.
  32.  Due to operational reasons, the routing of this Holiday may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
  33.  Pricing of the Holiday Services are on the basis of the age of the passengers. Please make sure you enter it correctly at the time of booking. Furnishing wrong passenger age may incur penalty at a later stage.
  34.  Visa approval as per immigration if visa rejected due to any reason our cancellation policy will be same applicable which one mention in package
  1.  Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy.
  2.  Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 30 % of the tour cost
  3.  30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be of 60% the tour cost
  4.  15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost
  5.  Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.

Holiday Insurance:-

It will be your responsibility to purchase any sort of holiday insurance cover and we are not responsible for the same.

General Important Notes :-

Incase there is any change in price the same will be communicated to yourself and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further. There will be no reduction for un-utilized services Surcharges may be applicable over and above the holiday price for the requested period. The same will be advised at the time of booking or prior to confirmations. You need to make an advance payment at the time of confirming the tour and make the balance payment 35 days prior to the departure of the tour.

Forfeiture Of Deposits :-

We shall be within our rights to forfeit the non- refundable interest free deposit paid by you. In the event you cancel the booking, or on failure on your part to adhere to the tour payment schedule as informed in the documentation Check List, or in the event the visa of any country is not granted or you are unable to travel on the tour booked due to any reason whatsoever, including medical ground or sickness, the non-refundable interest free deposits shall stand forfeited, and the scale of cancellation setout in the How To Book section of the brochure shall be applicable and binding.
