  13.  If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline In this case we are not responsible (You have to accept airline option if option was not match with the hotel and hotel part is Nonrefundable then you will not claim for refund in Hotel part and you have to pay as New Rate Rate as per Subject to availability.if you are agree to confirm your booking with revised date you have to pay difference amount as per Updated package. or you can cancel your booking. we will refund you as per cancellation policy.
  14.  You can not Claim For Refund as per Bellow :- (Due to Natural hazards and disasters,Due to bad weather any things canceled by airline / Hotel/Sight seen Flight changes at last Moment Last Minutes No show).
  15.  Payment should clear before 7 days of travel.Without full payment we can not shear you final voucher (Booking will be cancel without Notice).
  16.  Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas. Please keep one passport Copy Xerox and one Ticket copy Xerox ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
  17.  PAN card copy required for billing.

  1.  Flight cancellation will be as per airline cancellation policy.
  2.  Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 30 % of the tour cost
  3.  30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be of 60% the tour cost
  4.  15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost
  5.  Please note cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy. In peak season, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
